An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised, and customer-focused Sale Support Administrator to join our team on a full time basis for our Chatswood dealership supporting Nissan, Renault, Forthing & Used Cars. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration and operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who ideally has previous experience within dealerships, has strong organisational skills, enjoys a challenge and takes pride in providing outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Greet all incoming customers/visitors on arrival and providing hospitality
Handle all incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Processing timely and accurate vehicle registrations, transfers, stock searches & swaps
Day to day office management including ordering supplies, sending/ receiving parcels and managing contractor/suppliers.
Respond to incoming sales enquiries over the phone, email and online




Assist customers with product enquiries and other customer service support
General administrative duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
