Factory Manager – Fabrication

Campbellfield | Permanent Full-Time | Salary Dependent on Experience

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to join our busy manufacturing plant in Campbellfield.
This is a permanent position for someone with a strong background in fabrication and manufacturing with good design knowledge, who is confident managing staff, production and the day-to-day running of a factory.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day running of the factory
Supervising and managing factory staff
Planning and managing production
Ensuring jobs are completed on time and to a high standard
Reading and understanding technical drawings
Working with the design and production teams
Managing materials and workflow
Ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained
Helping solve day-to-day production issues

About YouThe successful candidate will have:




Previous experience in a Factory Manager or similar role
Robust fabrication and manufacturing experience
Experience managing a production team
Good understanding of fabrication processes
Ability to read technical drawings
AutoDesk or design experience is required
Positive communication and organisational skills
A hands-on approach to managing a busy factory
