About the role The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in delivering direct patient care in a Community industry. RNs are responsible for assessing patients' conditions, implementing nursing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role demands a combination of clinical knowledge, compassionate patient care, and effective communication skills.

Key responsibilities
Conduct thorough physical assessments of Clients
Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in Clients conditions
Evaluate clinical data
Visit community and SIL houses on a regular basis
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures
Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physicians' orders
Monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects
Serve as the primary advocate for patient needs, concerns, and rights

About you




A valid Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Must hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or region of employment
Previous experience in Community nursing
Robust clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in quick-paced environments
Knowledge of medical equipment, clinical procedures, and patient care technologies
Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach
