ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the State Manager - WA, we're looking for someone with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service to join our team on a Parental Leave Fixed-Term contract.




As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for the delivering outstanding service to both internal and external clients.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Responding promptly to customers (internal and external) via phone and emailProcessing payments and purchase ordersForwarding new business leads to the relevant Sales Account Executive for follow-upSharing relevant information with other teams to ensure customer deliveries are met on timeLogging and monitoring authorised Goods Return requestsIssuing documentation to customers as requiredAccurately entering and updating orders in the system, in line with customer requirements and company policyKeeping sales order information up to date, liaising with other departments as neededReviewing production schedule reports to confirm delivery dates for all order
