Rackley Swimming Runaway Bay , located inside the Runaway Bay Sports Hub, is looking for energetic, people-focused Customer Service & Pool Lifeguard team members to join us.This is a true multi-skilled aquatic role.
You won't spend every shift behind a reception desk or every shift on the pool deck.
You'll work across both Customer Service and Pool Lifeguarding, helping us create a safe, welcoming and genuinely great experience for everyone who walks through our doors.We also have opportunities across other nearby North Gold Coast venues, so there's scope for variety and additional shifts.What will you be doing?
A bit of everything and that's what makes working in aquatics fun.You could be:welcoming customers and families into the centrehelping with enquiries, bookings, memberships and accountscreating great experiences and building relationships with our regular customersprocessing transactions and assisting with our programs and servicesjumping onto pool deck as a qualified Pool Lifeguardkeeping a watchful eye on safety and responding when neededhelping keep the venue clean, safe and looking its bestsupporting your teammates across the centrelearning more about venue operations and building your leadership skillsOur Customer Service team plays an active role in customer engagement, enquiries, transactions, memberships,
