At NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort, we're preparing for another busy holiday season and are looking for multiple Casual Grounds, or Maintenance Attendants to join the team.
We have opportunities available for:Whether you're experienced in general maintenance, enjoy keeping gardens and outdoor spaces looking their best, or have a combination of both, we'd love to hear from you.
Working across a roster between 7:00am and 7:30pm, you'll help ensure our resort remains safe, welcoming, and guest-ready for the thousands of holidaymakers who visit each year.What You'll DoDepending on your experience and interests, you'll support either our Grounds team, Maintenance team, or a combination of both.Grounds ResponsibilitiesMowing lawns and maintaining gardensPruning, hedging, weeding and general landscapingKeeping outdoor spaces clean, tidy and guest-readyAssisting with irrigation and grounds projectsMaintaining pathways,



recreational areas and public spacesMaintenance ResponsibilitiesCompleting general repairs across cabins, amenities and resort facilitiesResponding to maintenance requests and preventative maintenance tasksAssisting with painting, minor carpentry and basic repairsCarrying out pool inspections and basic pool maintenanceSupporting resort projects and ensuring facilities remain safe and operationalMaintain high presentation standards throughout the resortIdentify and report maintenance or safety concernsDeliver friendly, helpful customer service when interacting with guestsWork closely with the wider resort team to create memorable guest experiencesWhat You'll BringWe're open to candidates with grounds experience, maintenance experience, or both.
You'll ideally have:Experience in groundskeeping, gardening, landscaping, maintenance, handyman work or a similar hands‐on roleA practical,



can‐do approach and willingness to roll up your sleevesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to safety and safe work practicesGood physical fitness and ability to work in a hands‐on outdoor environmentPride in maintaining high presentation standardsA current driver's licence (highly regarded)Flexibility to work across weekends, public holidays and peak holiday periodsHighly RegardedGardening, horticulture or greenkeeping experiencePool operations or pool maintenance experienceExperience operating grounds maintenance equipment, including mowers and landscaping tool.What's in it for you?
