A team that loves what they do.Perched on the waterfront at The Spit, Mosman, Chiosco by Ormeggio is a lively Italian trattoria where fresh seafood, house-made pasta and warm, relaxed hospitality come together in one of Sydney's most beautiful dining locations.Part of the Maestro Hospitality family and backed by the acclaimed Two-Hatted team behind Ormeggio at The Spit, Chiosco is all about great food, great people and creating the kind of dining experience guests want to return to again and again.We're looking for an experienced Section Waiter who loves hospitality, thrives during a busy service and takes pride in looking after their guests from the moment they sit down to the moment they leave.If you're confident running your own section, passionate about food and wine, and looking for a venue where you can continue to grow, we'd love to meet you.The RoleAs a Section Waiter, you'll take ownership of your section and play an important role in delivering the warm, energetic and qualified service Chiosco is known for.You'll build genuine connections with guests, confidently guide them through the menu, make thoughtful food and wine recommendations and work closely with the wider floor and kitchen teams to create seamless services.This is a casual position offering approximately ***** hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as we move into our busier trading periods.What We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience managing your own section in a busy restaurant environmentA genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesStrong food and wine knowledge, with confidence making recommendationsExperience with Italian food and wine highly regardedConfidence carrying three plates and working efficiently during busy servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA positive,
