At Postmaster Hotel, we are passionate about bringing high-quality, locally sourced, contemporary pub food to a thriving local crowd. We are looking for a Dynamic Pub Chef to take ownership of the pass and inject fresh energy into our menu.

KEY ATTRIBUTES
proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques across various cuisines
strong communication skills
organisation, planning and attention to detail
knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
menu planning and costing skills
stock control and inventory management
experience operating and maintaining kitchen equipment
ability to coordinate, supervise and train kitchen staff
creativity in developing recent dishes and improving existing recipes.





The successful candidate needs to possess the following:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bistro pub setting
Available to work flexible hours, including weekend work
Ability to stay calm under pressure during service
Full working rights in Australia
