We're looking for passionate Casual Team Leaders to join our team at Yo-Chi Surry Hills.

As a Team Leader, you'll lead the team through busy shifts, set the standard on the floor and help create the fun, welcoming setting that Yo-Chi is known for. If you love leading from the front, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing out the best in people, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll be doing:

n

Leading the team through busy shifts with confidence, positivity and great energy.
n
Creating memorable guest experiences by delivering genuine, friendly service.
n
Coaching and supporting team members while leading by example.
n
Opening and closing the venue, including cash handling and daily administrative tasks.
n
Keeping the venue clean, safe and running smoothly.
n
Ensuring every Yo-Chi served looks just as valuable as it tastes.
n
Managing stock, receiving deliveries and helping keep everything organised behind the scenes.
n
Maintaining our food safety,



hygiene and operational standards every day.
n

What we're looking for:

Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
n
Someone who naturally motivates and brings positive energy to a team.
n
Strong communication and organisational skills.
n
Confidence making decisions and solving problems during a shift.
n
Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
A genuine passion for people, teamwork and creating great experiences.
