At Eden Academy Murray Bridge, we don't just offer a role to lead, we offer a platform to inspire.We're looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to mentor our team, elevate educational practices and create incredible learning experiences for our little learners.About the RoleAs our Educational Leader, you'll work closely with the leadership team to mentor and support educators, guide curriculum and programming, and drive continuous improvement across the service.You'll be supported with:1 dedicated day off the floor each week1 day floating above ratio to observe practices, mentor educators and support the teamThe chance to float across the service as neededAbout YouYou'll have 2+ years' experience in early childhood education,
