The Opportunity
We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused Roto Mould & Extruder Operator to join our manufacturing team.
This is a hands-on role operating modern roto moulding and extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products.
You'll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in producing quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
Whether you already have experience in plastics manufacturing or come from a general production and machinery operating background, we'd like to hear from you.

Job Description
What You'll Be Doing




Operating roto moulding and extrusion machinery safely and efficientlySetting up and monitoring equipment to meet production targetsCarrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing processIdentifying and reporting equipment or production issuesFollowing production schedules, work instructions and safety proceduresCompleting production and quality records accuratelyKeeping your work area clean, organised and safeWorking closely with your teammates to meet daily production goals
Desired Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environmentA strong focus on safety and qualityAbility to follow established processes and proceduresReliable attendance and a positive team attitudeRight to work in Australia
Desirable but not essential
Experience in roto moulding, plastic extrusion or plastics manufacturingExperience working in the plastics, polymer or FMCG industriesTrade qualifications or a process manufacturing background
