You'll also get hands‐on with the newest Trek models before anyone else and build trust with customers who rely on your skills to keep their bikes in top shape.
This position is perfect for someone who's mechanically inclined, values precision, and loves helping others.
The team will count on you for complex repairs and high-level technical support.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair bikes efficiently with a focus on speed, accuracy,
and qualityPerform bike builds and pre‐assemblies according to Trek standardsLead the service area with professionalism and high standards of organization and cleanlinessDeliver best‐in‐class hospitality by helping customers understand service options and timelinesMaintain Trek University Guide Status through ongoing training and certificationCollaborate with the Store Manager and team to complete daily tasks and support overall shop operationsEnsure consistent communication and leadership within the service departmentWhat You'll Bring to the TeamA positive, self‐motivated, and team‐first attitudeOutstanding communication and problem‐solving skillsStrong attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanshipA genuine passion for cycling and helping others enjoy the rideEagerness to continually learn about new technologies and service techniquesAbility to take ownership and lead by example in the workshopAdditional ResponsibilitiesMeet Trek's uniform and presentation standardsKeep service area clean, organized, and efficientExecute duties as directed by the Store Manager or Service ManagerMaintain up‐to‐date Trek University certificationsOccasionally assist on the sales floor or with inventory tasks as neededReady to Build With Us?
