About the role
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Lead, motivate and develop the hospitality team
Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experiences
Manage opening and closing procedures
Assist with rostering, training and team performance
Maintain food safety, cleanliness and workplace health & safety standards
Assist with stock control and ordering
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Work closely with the management team to achieve business goals

About you
Previous hospitality experience is preferred
Management or supervisory experience is an advantage




Strong communication and leadership skills
Positive, energetic and reliable
Able to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
Passionate about hospitality and customer service
Willing to learn and develop
Available to work a adaptable roster, including evenings and weekends
