Job Description
Develop and manage demand forecasts to support supply chain planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand planning with business objectives.
Monitor and analyse market trends to improve forecast accuracy.
Ensure inventory levels are optimised to meet customer demands.
Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain process.
Utilise data and analytics tools to improve planning processes.
Provide regular reporting on forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
Support the implementation of process improvements in demand planning operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planning Manager should have:
Proven experience in leadership demand planning role




Solid analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting processes.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Outstanding leadership skills.
Experience with inventory management and supply chain optimisation.
Adaptability to a busy and evolving environment
