Job Description

Westpac Group is seeking a curious and proactive Compliance Analyst to join the Payroll Governance & Compliance team. The role involves supporting payroll governance and compliance across Australia, the UK, US, Germany, Singapore, Fiji and PNG, identifying risks, strengthening controls and driving improvements.

You will work with the Head of Payroll Governance & Compliance and collaborate with BCM and other stakeholders to deliver compliant payroll outcomes globally.
