Come work in the iconic Montica pizza truck, serving Neapolitan-style pizza in Brisbane’s beautiful parks!

Full time and part time positions available.

Multiple positions available to fill 7 days a week 1-9pm

We’re looking for experienced Pizza Makers to join our growing team.

YOU’LL NEED
1 year pizza-making experience: hand stretching, launching & turning
Neapolitan experience preferred
Ability to lead junior staff
Australian working rights
Confident driver and willingness to learn trailer towing
Physically fit - able to lift 30kg
Rapid-paced hospitality experience
Commercial mindset: sales, wastage & profitability
High energy, reliable, organised & detail-oriented
Positive attitude, team player & rapid learner

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to grow with our young, ambitious hospitality business.
