Pharmacist – Medicinal Cannabis Dispensary

We’re growing and looking for a motivated Pharmacist to join our team at Fern Dispensary.

We’re looking for someone who is confident working both independently with a dispense technician and as part of a team, and who wants to contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Dispense and verify prescriptions accurately and safely.
Provide patient counselling, medication education and ongoing support.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong patient relationships.
Supervise and support pharmacy staff.
Ensure compliance with SAS-B, Authorised Prescriber, Schedule 8 and relevant State requirements.
Assist with stock ordering, inventory control and pharmacy operations.
Liaise with prescribers and clinics to support patient care.

About You




Bachelor of Pharmacy with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to protected dispensing.
Friendly, skilled and customer-focused.
Reliable, proactive and willing to take ownership of your role.
Interested in contributing to the growth and success of the business.
Experience with FRED Dispense and medicinal cannabis is highly regarded but not essential.

Roster This position includes weekday shifts and every second Saturday from 8:30 am–1:00 pm.

Applicants must be available to participate in the Saturday rotation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
