You will display a willingness to learn and have experience,



ideally from either a hospitality background or corporate hospitality background.Responsibilities will include the following:Working with Reception to manage the boardrooms and meeting rooms and ensuring the rooms are configured appropriately for meetings;Clean and Maintain staff kitchens including Coffee Machines;Ensuring catering and drinks supplies are stocked and stored appropriately;Reception coverage;Assisting the Office Manager with firm events;General day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks as required.Requirements:Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9.00am – 5.30pmExcellent personal presentation and strong client services focusFamiliarity with the Microsoft Office, word and OutlookPrevious hospitality background advantageousWhat We OfferWe take a collaborative approach to your learning & development, giving you the personal attention and unique opportunities required to help you realise your full potential.
