We're known for warm hospitality, quality food done simply, and a team that genuinely loves what they do.The RoleWe're looking for an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of This Way Canteen and help lead a team that takes pride in delivering excellent, unpretentious hospitality.
You'll work closely with the leadership team across counter operations, team development, and the guest experience.This is a role for someone who's already found their feet in hospitality leadership and is ready for the next step.What You'll Be DoingLeading service on the floor and setting the standard for the teamSupporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of counter and kitchen staffManaging peak-period flow and pre-service briefings in collaboration with the teamOverseeing opening and closing proceduresHandling guest feedback in the momentAssisting with rostering, labour management,
