Lynch Ward is recruiting Registered Nurses who want to provide excellent care, contribute ideas and be part of a team that genuinely looks out for one anotherLynch WardAbout Lynch WardWe are a busy acute orthopaedic ward caring for patients following joint replacement, fractures, trauma and a range of other orthopaedic procedures.
The work can be demanding, but you will not be expected to manage it alone.We are not claiming to be a perfect ward.

Nurses on Lynch Ward are encouraged to develop clinical skills, support new staff, participate in improvement work and step into leadership opportunities when ready.Recent areas of focus have included falls prevention, delirium care, staff wellbeing,

Orthopaedic experience is desirable, but it is not essential.
