Office & Logistics Coordinator

Balgowlah | Permanent Full-Time | $70K–$80K Super | 5 days on-site

Join an established Australian business operating within the paper and packaging industry, with a cooperative team.

We’re looking for an organised, adaptable and enthusiastic Office & Logistics Coordinator to join the team. This is a diverse role combining logistics coordination, inventory administration and office management, including front desk responsibilities.

About the Role
Manage inventory movements, warehouse receipts and shipping activities
Coordinate deliveries and organise trucks to deliver stock to customers
Check incoming stock against orders and follow up on discrepancies
Complete monthly inventory reconciliations and maintain accurate inventory records
Process stock through Business Central; experience with Sage or QuickBooks is also welcome
Support office coordination, including stationery, supplies, birthdays and arranging tradespeople when required




Work closely with suppliers, customers and the Accounts team

About You
Experience in logistics, coordination, inventory, purchasing or a similar role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communication skills and comfortable dealing with different stakeholders
Pro-technology, with an interest in automation and AI
Confident using Excel and able to learn new systems and processes
Adaptable, enthusiastic and proactive, with a willingness to learn
