Bowral (SIL) is one of our high physical Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, home to four clients, two male and two female clients who present with physical disabilities.

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you’ll lead our SIL and empower Support Workers to deliver high‑quality high-care support to clients with intellectual and physical disabilities. You’ll drive productive processes, champion risk and safety, identify issues early, and take timely action to resolve or escalate so clients can work toward their independent living goals.

Remuneration is based on a Level 4
Hourly rate ranges from $46.70 to $50.25 based on experience

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor Support Workers with consistency and professionalism




Promote person-centred, active support that empowers client choice and control
Stay connected through two billable shifts each week
Oversee daily operations of SIL accommodation services
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for staff and clients
Support NDIS plan development and client independence
Manage performance and resolve conflicts effectively
Encourage reflective practice to drive continuous improvement
