You'll:Lead by example in the high standard cleaning of guest rooms, common areas and facilitiesSupervise and provide guidance, direction,



and training to the housekeeping teamto ensure they meet standards and benchmarksProvide feedback on room conditions, particularlyareas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement to maintain room standardsEnsure our 'Veri-Best' housekeeping processes and policies are implemented within the teamBuild strong and authentic relationships with your teammates and our guestsEnsure a clear line of communication between housekeeping and other teams within the hotelProvide support and assistance to the Hotel Manager and be the housekeeping expertYou'll be someone looking for a long-term career with a growing, Australian-owned hotel group.
