About the role:
At the heart of the dealership's vehicle operations, you will play a key part in making sure every car is registered, recorded, and ready to go, giving you real visibility across the business and a genuine sense of ownership over your work.
Your day-to-day will include:
Processing new and used vehicle registrations accurately, so customers drive away without a hitchMaintaining stock records across the dealership's vehicle inventory, giving you oversight of the full vehicle lifecycleCoordinating with sales and administration teams to keep vehicle movements tracked and up to dateConducting regular stock audits to ensure records match physical inventory, a responsibility that keeps your skills sharpManaging compliance documentation, so you build solid knowledge of automotive regulatory requirementsSupporting the wider team with general administration, adding variety to your week

You are someone who takes pride in accuracy and brings a calm, methodical approach to managing competing priorities in a busy dealership environment.
