You will work closely with our on-site technicians, internal Spare Parts Team and customers, providing expert advice and ensuring the accurate and timely supply of parts.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
From assisting workshop staff with technical enquiries to supporting customer walk-ins at the counter, you will be a key point of contact, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.Key Responsibilities:Answer telephone and counter enquiries promptly and courteouslyProvide accurate product information, spare parts advice,



and identificationProcess payments, prepare sales orders, quotes, and related documentationDeliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholdersLiaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of partsExpedite urgent parts requests as requiredResolve customer and internal enquiries efficientlyAssist with inventory coordination and stock managementAbout YouExperience in a Spare Parts, Automotive, or Technical environmentStrong computer skills and attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication and customer service skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholdersFlexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindsetMechanical aptitude or spare parts knowledge (highly desirable)Willingness to learn and develop technical product knowledgeWhy Join Bucher Municipal?
