particularly through busy breakfast and morning trade.You will be responsible for:Leading the caffetteria team and setting exceptional coffee and service standardsDialling in daily and maintaining consistency across every extractionDelivering exceptional espresso-based beverages at high volumePerfecting milk texture, presentation and latte artTraining, coaching and developing junior baristasCreating clear coffee procedures and maintaining consistency across the teamTroubleshooting coffee equipment and ensuring machinery is maintained to a high standardManaging coffee, milk and related stock levels and orderingMinimising wastage and maintaining strong product controlsDriving an efficient workflow during high-volume periodsWorking collaboratively with the broader FOH and management teams to create a seamless guest experienceBringing energy, professionalism and genuine hospitality to the caffetteria every dayAbout YouYou are someone who genuinely cares about coffee.You understand that an exceptional coffee program is built on precision, consistency and technique — but also personality, pace and the ability to create a memorable experience for every guest.Minimum 1 year of experience in a specialty coffee or high-volume café environmentStrong knowledge of espresso extraction, dialling in and grinder calibrationExcellent milk texturing and latte art skillsPrevious leadership, supervisory or senior barista experienceConfidence training, mentoring and developing other baristasStrong attention to detail and commitment to consistencyAbility to remain calm,
