As part of a global Group with more than 1,900 branches across 17 countries, we are committed to operational excellence, customer value and a cleaner energy future.We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Banking Officer to join our National Accounts Receivable team, supporting payment processing, customer enquiries, and accounts receivable operations.In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer payments, managing customer enquiries, and supporting a range of accounts receivable activities.Job DescriptionProvide exceptional customer service by managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email.Process and allocate customer payments accurately and efficiently.Monitor and follow up outstanding receipts, unapplied cash, and payment discrepancies,
