You'll often be the first person a prospective patient speaks with, so your ability to listen, build trust and deliver a warm, premium experience will be just as important as achieving strong booking results.If you have experience in dental or medical reception, premium customer service, contact centres or consultative sales, we'd love to hear from you.At Dental Boutique, we don't just provide dentistry, we help transform lives.With 18 clinics across Australia and New Zealand, we support patients to overcome dental anxiety, rebuild their confidence and explore treatment options through a premium, patient-focused experience.We work with clients across:Full mouth rehabilitationSleep dentistry & anxious patientsMulti-clinic, high-growth operationsAs Dental Boutique continues to grow, our Client Services team plays an essential role in creating an exceptional first impression and helping patients take the next step in their journey.What You'll Be DoingResponding to inbound enquiries and warm leadsSpeaking with prospective patients about their concerns, goals and treatment interestsBuilding rapport and creating genuine patient connectionsRecommending and booking the most appropriate consultationSupporting patients to feel informed and confident about attendingFollowing up enquiries across phone and emailMaintaining accurate notes,



follow-up actions and records in our CRMManaging consultation bookings across multiple clinic locationsWorking toward clear service, quality and performance expectationsWhat We're Looking ForAt least one year of experience in customer service, reception, contact centres or consultative salesDental or medical reception experience is highly regardedA confident, warm and professional phone mannerStrong listening skills and the ability to communicate with empathyComfort working in a performance-focused workplace with clear targetsResilience, accountability and strong follow-throughExcellent organisation and attention to detailConfidence working across CRM, booking and administrative systemsThe ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive teamDental experience is not essential.
