Job Function Group: Corporate and SupportJob Function: Accounting and FinanceEmployment Type: Full TimeJob DescriptionAbout the OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our Finance team on an 8-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and managing APM's corporate credit card program, providing exceptional customer service to cardholders, maintaining the ExpenseMe Pro system, and assisting with a range of banking activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with stakeholders, solving problems, and contributing to a high-performing finance team.What You'll Be DoingBe the first point of contact for corporate credit card holders, providing support and resolving queries through ExpenseMe Pro.Manage outstanding transaction coding and approvals, maintain accurate system data, and prepare monthly reporting.Assist with banking activities, including payment runs, daily cash reporting, and transaction allocations.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and collaborate closely with the Finance team.Support acquisitions, business growth initiatives, and the escalation of issues where required.Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and service delivery.About YouTo be successful in this role,
