clients and work environmentsCareer development and progression within the wider Alfabs GroupA supportive crew and management teamThe stability and opportunities that come with an established, ASX-listed Australian companyWhat you'll be doingWorking as part of our Site Services crew, you'll perform industrial blasting, surface preparation and protective coating works across a variety of project environments throughout NSW.Depending on the project, your work may include:Abrasive blasting and industrial surface preparationAirless and conventional spray applicationApplication of protective coating systemsConcrete RemediationMechanical surface preparationWorking across shutdowns, maintenance and project-based worksWorking closely with supervisors and your crew to deliver safely, efficiently and to a high standardWhat we're looking forYou'll ideally bring:12+ months' industrial painting and blasting experienceTrade certificate or relevant industry qualificationExperience with airless and conventional spray equipmentExperience applying industrial protective coating systemsStrong surface preparation skillsCurrent driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sitesA strong commitment to safety and qualityA reliable, proactive and team-focused attitudeFlexibility to work overtime and project requirements when neededAbility to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testingEven better if you haveWe'd particularly like to hear from candidates with additional site experience or tickets including:Rail Industry Worker (RIW)High Risk Work Licences EWP, Working at Heights or Confined SpaceMining inductions and site-specific competenciesOrder 45 / relevant mining medicalMultiple trade or site ticketsReady for something bigger?
