NetSuite Applications Specialist

This is an opportunity with an established Australian business looking for an experienced NetSuite Applications Specialist to join its Enterprise Applications team. This is a hands-on role supporting and improving a broad applications environment across NetSuite, Celigo, WMS, TMS and customer-facing platforms. You'll provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot complex integrations and work closely with internal teams and technology vendors to continuously improve business-critical systems.

What You'll Be Doing
Support and optimise NetSuite, WMS and TMS platforms
Troubleshoot Celigo integrations and complex L2/L3 issues
Perform root cause analysis and resolve application problems
Support dealer portals, online ordering and customer-facing applications
Coordinate technical issues and changes with application vendors
Support testing, releases, reconciliation and change validation
Maintain application configuration, access and system documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement across the applications portfolio

What We're Looking For
5+ years' application support and systems experience
Hands-on NetSuite configuration, support and troubleshooting experience
Experience with Celigo or similar iPaaS integration middleware




Robust understanding of WMS, TMS or ERP-integrated distribution systems
Experience supporting integrations and customer-facing applications
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management capabilities

Highly Regarded
Experience within distribution, wholesale or logistics environments
Knowledge of application development, CI/CD and cloud deployments
Testing, release and change management experience
Relevant IT or Information Systems qualification
