About the Role
Our client is a leading financial services organisation experiencing robust growth and expanding its national and international capability. As a Claims Manager, you’ll oversee the end‑to‑end administration of Death, TPD and Income Protection claims, ensuring compliant, accurate and timely outcomes for members.

What You’ll Do
Manage the full lifecycle of death, TPD and IP claims
Review complex information and reports to ensure accurate, defensible decisions
Coordinate recent claim notifications and deliver clear, consistent updates to stakeholders
Maintain strong documentation discipline — completeness checks, follow‑ups, filing




Liaise professionally with insurers, underwriters and internal teams
Identify applicable policies/coverages and undertake independent research when needed
(Senior) Support uplift of team capability through coaching, guidance and template improvements

What You Bring
Robust knowledge of superannuation and relevant legislation
Experience in death, TPD or IP claims within superannuation
Exceptional investigative and problem‑solving skills
High attention to detail and solid organisational capability
Empathy, professionalism and confidence handling difficult conversations
Transparent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Ability to identify and implement improvements
