We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable support workers in or around the CBD and Eastern Suburb areas! If you are proactive and detail orientated with a outstanding sense of humor, we would love to hear from you!

Anyone living locally with a background in disability support would be considered highly desirable.

About the Role:

As a Living My Way Support Worker you will provide quality care that caters to the individual support needs of our Members. The role involves engaging and communicating our values to foster inclusion, choice and control in all aspects of our services:
Provide high-quality care
Personal care (including showering, dressing, grooming etc.)
Manual Handling (Hoist transfers)
Meal preparation
Household tasks




Engage and treat our Member with genuine dignity and respect
Complete all relevant documentation and reporting as required

Requirements:
You must have the right to live and work in Australia
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Solid communication skills
Experience working within the Disability Sector
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or similar qualification (desirable)
