What We Are Looking For:
Great phone skills and communication
Solid written and interpersonal abilities with a knack for building client relationships
Proactive and able to work well both on your own and with a team
Positive attitude and a can-do spirit
Positive with computers and software, Property Tree experience preferred
Detail-oriented and thorough
Organised with excellent time management
Quick thinker who can solve problems and handle conflicts
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act 1997
Must have a Property Representatives Licence and a current drivers licence

What You’ll Do:




Conduct detailed inspections of rental properties
Host open homes and routine inspections
Draft, renew, and manage lease agreements
Process rental applications
Handle maintenance requests and work with trades
Follow up on outstanding rental payments
Use property management software like Property Tree and Inspect Real Estate
Build and maintain good relationships with landlords and tenants
Keep detailed records and manage schedules
Work with our sales, marketing, and management team
