We are looking for a Ranger to join our small team at Cape Conran for 12 months.
As a Ranger at Parks Victoria, you could be working across a diverse range of tasks and activities, all of which are aimed at preserving our parks, engaging with the community and hands‐on maintenance of our facilities.
Our team manages parks in the Cape Conran area.
We also work with other teams in East Gippsland to conduct a variety of maintenance and project work.
You will be playing a key role in delivering a variety of projects and practical tasks that are essential in keeping our Parks open, safe and clean.Your responsibilities may include:maintenance of our infrastructureclearing and pruning vegetation to keep our visitor sites opendelivery of education programsengagement with local community groupsconservation program deliveryworking with Traditional OwnersAbout the TeamThe East Gippsland team is passionate about protecting and enhancing some of Victoria's most treasured parks, coastlines and natural landscapes.
