and subcontractors to discuss and resolve issuesCo-ordinate and facilitate post tender negotiationsPrepare budget estimates based on preliminary sketchesAnalyse and compare budget estimates to similar projectsWhat We're Looking For:Senior construction/building estimating skillset and experience complimented by industry relevant qualification(s)Proven track record of commercial construction project work winningSydney based with familiarity with local (AU) subcontractor and trade pricing/costs/quantities.Confident & collaborative communicator, consistent with building trusted relationships and partnershipsAbility to build on existing subcontractor and client relationshipsSelf-motivated and intuitively natured; supportive of problem solving and continuous improvementOrganised and process appreciative in line with managing multiple priorities and deadlinesCompetent user of relevant estimating software (Buildsoft or similar)Ready to Build Your Future?
