As a Shift Supervisor, you'll help lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including:Leading the shift and keeping the team focused, motivated and having funCoaching and developing Team Members to help them perform at their bestDelivering fast, friendly and exceptional customer experiencesEnsuring every pizza leaves the store looking and tasting greatSupporting food safety, cleanliness and Pizza Hut brand standardsCoordinating Team Members and positions throughout the shift to keep operations running smoothlyManaging customer enquiries and resolving concernsSupporting cash handling, POS and end-of-shift proceduresPromoting a safe working workplace for our team and customersWorking alongside the team during busy periods — because great leaders aren't afraid to jump in and get their hands floury!
