MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Develop and deliver category business plan and operational plan
Work with Brand Communities on innovation, media, activation
Build cross-functional partnerships

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead innovation gatekeeping and deployment
Ensure consumer-driven business planning
Align brand plans with stakeholders
Lead activation and communications
Drive market share growth (innovation, promotion, pricing, 6P)
Foster entrepreneurial growth mindset
Deliver P&L; and forecasting
Lead team development (Assistant Brand Manager)

Experience & Qualifications:
Marketing / Customer Marketing experience
Integrated brand plan development
Project & budget management
Solid leadership and commercial acumen
Contemporary trade experience
