We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and people-focused Inspection Manager to join our Moree Property Management team.

This role is central to the smooth running of our property management department and would suit someone who enjoys being out and about, working with people, and maintaining high standards across a residential portfolio.

You’ll be responsible for routine inspections, entry and exit reports, and supporting our Property Managers with accurate reporting and strong tenant communication.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing property inspections
Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos and notes
Liaise professionally with tenants and landlords
Identify maintenance issues and report accurately to the team
Support Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio requirements
Ensure inspections are completed on time and to company standards

About You




Well organised with robust attention to detail
Confident communicating with tenants and clients
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing things properly
Basic computer skills (training provided on our systems)
Real estate experience is helpful but not essential
