The role is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient ADS performance, driving best practices, coaching and developing personnel, and delivering afterhours support to meet 24/7 operational demands.
Additionally, the position plays a critical part in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders while adhering to FLANDERS' values and operational standards.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the drill controllers across operational sites for FlandersLiaise with site operational key stakeholders to ensure a safe and productive operation of the Flanders Autonomous Drill System (ADS)Drive performance of the FLANDERS ADSParticipate in delivering After-Hours Breakdown Support for 24/7 coverage,



as directedAlign ADS standards and best practices across numerous operational sitesLiaise closely with the Autonomous Drill System specialists for improvements and assist to implement them in a timely mannerAttend ASR meetings and coach best practice at allocated site for customer service and best resultsCoach and develop employees in the operation of the FLANDERS ARDVARC SystemConduct trials and improvements through controlled processesMaintain registers for software changes, overrides and bridgesMaintain the software backups and manage all changesEnsure all drills and command centers have the latest software updates as soon as practicably possibleEnsure the obsolescence schedule is adhered to and updated as requiredReview and update maintenance tasks, system checks, statutory tests as requiredAlways maintain strong company image and positive working relationships including professional behavior with customers, vendors, and co-workersLead by example and demonstrate FLANDERS core values, humility, integrity, trustworthiness, excellence and a mindset that continually grows and never gives up.Follow all FLANDERS Policies, Procedures, SOP's and reasonable management directives.Ensure you protect, secure and keep confidential customer information, employee personal and medical information, intellectual property and other private and confidential information.Comply with all reasonable training requests in accordance with FLANDERS Policies and procedures, as well as requested by management.
