You'll work alongside licensed tradespeople and contractors, contributing to the safe, reliable and efficient operation of our site facilities and plant.Reporting to the Group Facilities Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining building, site and infrastructure standards while developing valuable practical skills in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.What you'll be doingIn this hands on role, you will:Support electricians, fitters and contractors with day to day maintenance and site activitiesAssist with preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance in line with CMMS schedulesConduct routine site and safety inspections, escalating defects and hazards as requiredComplete general repairs, minor component replacements and upkeep of facilitiesAssist with site projects, shutdowns and equipment installationsFollow WHS, GMP and HACCP requirements,



including lock‐out/tag‐out and permit‐to‐work processes under supervisionMaintain high housekeeping standards across plant and maintenance areasManage tools, materials, spare parts and waste in line with site proceduresActively participate in 5S, continuous improvement and root cause analysis activitiesAbout UsEstablished in ****, BE Campbell is one of Australia's largest family-owned meat processors, supplying major retailers, foodservice customers and export markets.
