HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR - Staff AccommodationHamilton Island is seeking an organised and detail-focused Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Staff Accommodation team.

You'll identify issues, coordinate corrective actions and follow them through to completion while also providing administrative support across resident services, maintenance, check-ins and check-outs.Where you'll make an impactConduct unit inspections and prepare condition reports following check-outsComplete weekly health and hygiene inspections across Staff AccommodationConduct routine building, grounds and property inspectionsIdentify and report maintenance issues, damage and safety hazardsFollow up maintenance and corrective actions through to completionInvestigate property damage and coordinate recovery of repair or replacement costsLiaise with Maintenance and cleaning teams regarding property requirementsCommunicate accommodation procedures and Lodging Terms and Conditions to residentsRespond to resident enquiries and correspondence promptly and professionallyCoordinate resident check-ins,



check-outs, keys and documentationMaintain accurate accommodation and reservations database recordsProcess maintenance requests and coordinate work ordersSupport cleaning rosters and operational documentationAssist with general administration, deliveries, mail and key cuttingProcess ticket sales, POS reconciliations and banking as requiredWhat we're looking forYou are an organised and proactive qualified with a strong eye for detail and experience maintaining accommodation standards.
