From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you'll do as AUSPAC Mining Sector Manager:Drive revenue and EBITDA growth through effective leadership and management of mining field sales teamsDevelop and implement territory/sector-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunitiesDeliver structured performance coaching and development through regular field visits, one-on-ones, and ride-alongsImplement robust pipeline management systems ensuring forecast accuracy and healthy opportunity flowMonitor and optimize key performance metrics including activity levels, conversion rates, and pricing governanceProvide hands‐on leadership in strategic accounts and complex opportunities while developing team capabilitiesDrive CRM excellence and process adherence to ensure data-driven decision makingFoster effective collaboration across marketing, operations, and technical specialists to maximize solution deliveryBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in the territory/sectorProvide visible leadership in safety,



operational excellence, and customer engagementFoster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementCoach and develop team members to build capability and succession within the sectorDrive strategic alignment between customer requirements and organisational objectivesYou are / have:Successful track record in mining or relevant sector sales with consistent target achievementPrevious experience working in global/matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder managementProven coaching and team development capabilities with evidence of developing high performersExperience managing high-performing sales teams to exceed revenue and profitability targetsStrong CRM management skills and data‐driven decision‐making capabilitiesExperience working effectively with market intelligence and marketing teams to implement campaigns and drive lead generationStrategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop growth plans.Understanding of mining industry, with a strong understanding of mining operations, supply chains, and industry challenges.Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, tenders, pricing strategies,
