Life Without Barriers is seeking an Aged Care Home & Community Assistant to support older Australians in Rockhampton.
You will travel between client homes to provide personalised home care, with shifts 7am–7pm, Monday–Friday, and occasional weekends.A valid driver's licence and a vehicle are essential, and you'll be reimbursed per kilometre travelled.
