You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of critical payment processing platforms, ensuring service availability, incident resolution, system monitoring, and operational excellence.Working closely with customers, vendors, and internal technical teams, you will contribute to maintaining secure, reliable,
and highly available payment services for leading financial institutions across Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Operations & Service DeliveryParticipate in the analysis of business and technical requirements for payment system platformsSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of RUN IT operational proceduresAssist with production industrialization initiatives and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) activitiesParticipate in qualification testing and deployment of corrective patches and system enhancementsEnsure operational activities comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirementsContribute to maintaining high levels of service availability and operational performanceIncident Management & Technical SupportProvide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for operational servicesInvestigate, analyse, diagnose, and resolve incidents within agreed service levelsMonitor operational incidents and perform root cause analysisImplement corrective and preventive actions to minimise recurring issuesAnticipate operational risks and system evolution requirementsContribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentationMonitoring & Platform OperationsSupport monitoring, alerting, scheduling, backup, and batch processing activitiesAssist in defining operational tasks and monitoring proceduresParticipate in production go-live preparation and operational readiness reviewsContribute to operational reporting and service performance monitoringSupport maintenance planning and continuous improvement initiativesAssist in managing relationships with customers, vendors,
