Whether for a new home or a renovation, we offer expert advice, great service and top brands.About the roleAs part of the Bathroom Life team in Rosebury, you'll act as front of house, welcoming builders, interior designers, and homeowners to our showroom and assisting our consultants to guide customers through their renovation process to achieve their ideal bathroom.Your day to dayA typical day will involve:Greeting and welcoming customers in person and over the phoneEnsuring customers are cared for and have refreshmentsManaging customer queries and orders via email and phoneAssisting the team prepare quotes, process payments and arrange deliveriesKeeping the showroom and reception area tidy and helping it run smoothly and safelyQualificationsWe'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:Has previous experience in retail, customer service or hospitality and enjoys helping customers and supporting a teamIs organised and can spot when a customer or colleague needs helpIs tech savvy, can use PowerPoint and is happy to learn new systemsIs open to working various shifts, including weekendsWants to develop their career - either locally,
