The home offers comfortable accommodation, communal living spaces, beautifully maintained gardens and outdoor areas designed to promote wellbeing, dignity and meaningful social connection for residents.We are looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator to join our aged care team at Roshana Lysterfield Aged Care, in a (full‐time) capacity.
This role will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and organised Lifestyle Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of engaging lifestyle programs within our aged care facility.
In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing residents' quality of life by creating meaningful, person-centred activities that promote connection, independence, and wellbeing.This is a dynamic role suited to someone who is creative, proactive, and enjoys leading programs that make a real difference every day.What You Will Be DoingPlan, develop, and implement a diverse lifestyle and activities programLead and coordinate group and individual activities tailored to residents' interests and abilitiesPromote social, cultural,
