Full-timeJob Family: Operational SupportJob DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organised and efficient Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Ballarat.
In this role, you will be integral to maintaining a smooth operation within our facilities, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all employees.Reporting to the on-site Facilities Manager, you will oversee the administrative management, coordination, and delivery of high-quality integrated Soft Services, all while ensuring that Sodexo's operational goals are consistently met.As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll need a proven track record in managing work schedules, coordinating building maintenance, and overseeing essential services through contractor management.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week,Key Responsibilities:Ensure Soft Services are delivered in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and OH&S; standardsManage contractors in office, ensuring timely and quality delivery of servicesUnderstand client contractual agreements and ensure complianceCoordinate out-of-scope maintenance services through contractor engagementOversee work order flow to meet client needsManage work flow systems (e.g., SAP and Maximo)Supervise minor project works as necessaryPrepare requisitions for suppliers and eventsOversee security, cleaning routines,



and floor wardensLiaise with contractors and building management for on-site work2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related fieldStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with various stakeholdersProficient in managing contractor relations and work order systemsWhychooseSodexo?
