You'll be connecting with warm customer enquiries, understanding what they're looking for and helping connect them with the right next step in their home loan journey.You don't necessarily need mortgage experience.

Our continued growth means we're creating opportunities for talented people who want to develop their careers within the Australian mortgage and financial services industry.What You'll Be DoingReporting to the Head of Business Innovation, you'll be part of a collaborative customer engagement team responsible for converting customer interest into meaningful conversations.You will:Contact customers who have already enquired about home loan assistanceBuild rapport quickly and understand each customer's needsAsk the right questions to identify and qualify genuine home loan opportunitiesGuide customers through the next steps of the processConfidently handle questions and objectionsWork towards achievable activity, quality and conversion targetsMaintain accurate customer information within our systemsParticipate in regular coaching,



development and team sessionsWork closely with colleagues to deliver a positive customer experienceWho We're Looking ForYour background could be in banking, insurance, telecommunications, utilities, automotive, customer service, contact centres, sales or another customer-focused environment.Mortgage or lending experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.What matters most is that you bring:Confidence communicating with customers over the phoneA natural ability to build rapport and ask good questionsExperience working towards KPIs, targets or measurable outcomesResilience and a positive approach to customer conversationsStrong listening and communication skillsMotivation to achieve both individual and team goalsGood organisation and attention to detailThe ability to learn new systems, products and processesYou must currently reside in Australia and be an Australian Citizen or a Permenent Resident and have full Australian working rights.Why Finsure?
