This is not your typical support role, you will join a trauma informed, psychologically aware team, working under the guidance of a dedicated Service Coordinator to deliver a specialist, evidence-based model of support that empowers, uplifts and has been shown to make a lasting difference.About the RoleYou will be part of a dedicated team, providing active support to individuals whose life is profoundly affected with complex mental health conditions.
